Roger Jayamanne is the mind behind Jaya Therapy.

Jaya Therapy provides therapeutic services via face to face and online therapy. In addition to psychotherapeutic models, I draw upon the frameworks of developmental psychology and evolving neuroscience that I have studied to masters level.

The above is often incorporated with meditative principles and an understanding of the mind that has emerged from decades of Buddhist meditation training within monasteries in Asia and Europe.
